This package is a custom activity for UiPath to send an Outlook meeting appointment or to add recipients to an existing meeting appointment (based on a matching Subject). 

If a new Outlook meeting appointment is required, set NoSearchForExisting to FALSE. Otherwise, the activity searches existing Outlook meeting appointments for a matching Subject and adds recipients to the existing meeting if they have not been previously added.

Other options:

RequestResponse - require recipients to respond to the meeting request

ForceUpdateToAllAttendees - Send update to all attendees upon updating a meeting appointment

IsBodyRTF - Use Rich Text Format for the meeting body

  

Pre-condition: Outlook is currently closed and active by the local machine user.

Post-condition: An Outlook meeting appointment invite is sent.
