Fixed the zip archive problem.

Translated into Japanese language. In the package you can find two folders: EN and JA with the framework in English or in Japanese.

Improved log message. Replaced log message "Transactions number: x" with "Total number of transactions: x" as not to be confused with "Transaction number: x".

Added a new custom log field for the transaction status log message with the transaction execution time in seconds.

Bug fix: Removed unused dependency for ActivityElapsedTime package which was introduced in version 1.2.2 by mistake.

• Added support for a new format for input file - CSV.
• Status file can now be created as a CSV file by setting the StatusFileFormat config parameter to CSV.
• Specific columns from the input file can be omitted from the status file with the help of the StatusFileExcludeColumns config parameter. Multiple columns can be specified delimited by comma (,). For example, if our input file contains 4 columns Debit, Credit, Cash and Discount but we don't want to include Debit and Credit values in the Status file, we must set the value for StatusFileExcludeColumns parameter as Debit,Credit.
• Fixed an issue with the invoke of the InitAllSettings.xaml in _Test.xaml workflow.
