This Snippet will check for empty Outlook folders and if available, it will delete all empty folders.
The arguments that need to be provided are as follows:
1. out_DeletionStatus Returns the status of the operation: succeeded or not (if there are empty folders and if they were deleted or if no deletion took place).
Note: Default folders cannot be deleted.
