This 2-Way Match Invoice Processing Solution Accelerator provides an excellent starting point for an automation which extracts data from PDFs from supplier invoices and related documents, stores legally valid invoices, eliminates errors, and improves processing times. ​This Solution Accelerator was co-developed in partnership with The Silicon Partners (TSP).

Offering a proven framework to digitize and scale finance department P2P workflows which leverage your existing financial systems, this Solution Accelerator supports the ability to drive immediate ROI by achieving industry-leading straight-through processing and improves working capital.

This Solution Accelerator provides the logic for the 2-way match process between an invoice and a corresponding purchase order.

  1. Retrieve invoice files from a data source (like an email inbox, a network drive, or a third-party application).
  2. Classify the files and extract the information from each invoice.
  3. (Optionally) For each invoice, extract relevant purchase orders from a finance/accounting system and perform PO matching (including matching each invoice line to a corresponding line in the purchase order).
  4. Create invoice object inside finance/accounting system and upload the initial invoice file.
