This activity will convert the Key Value Pair that ABBYY Flexicapture returns into an easily usable object.

There are 4 activities available in this package. They all retrieve specific content from an item in Abbyy Queue:

\* Get Document Definition: Retrieves the document definition name.

\* Get Batch Parameter: Retrieves the value of a given batch registration parameter.

\* Get Field: Retrieves the value of a given field.

\* Get Table: Retrieves the table of a given name.

見積書ファイルのデータをAI-OCR（ABBYY® FlexiCapture®）を用いてCSVファイルに出力し、SAP のBAPIを用いて購買発注伝票登録するためのインプットファイルを作成します。

  

・AI OCRにて出力されたCSVファイルを、BAPI用のインプットファイルに変換する際、SAP登録に必要な、組織情報、BAPIシート固有の情報を入力することが可能です。  

・SAP内の内部数量単位と外部数量単位が異なる場合、変換することが可能です。  
※作成されたインプットファイルを、下記のコンポーネントと合わせてご使用いただくことにより、SAPへ購買発注伝票の登録を行うことができます。
